The space Stay in the heart of Tel Aviv, surrounded by Bauhaus buildings, and some of the best restaurants and shops. This apartment is beautiful and cozy, designed to offer a comfortable stay either for holidays or business trips. The property features a broad terrace, covering all of its front, large windows, and two bedrooms both with queen-sized beds. In this apartment, you can enjoy pretty much all parts of Tel Aviv by walking and then go back home to relax on the comfy sofas on the balcony or prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The design and furniture inside the flat are very chic but with a homey atmosphere. There is a shelter room (one of the bedroom is a mamad in hebrew). Wheelchair Accessible The neighborhood This apartment is a 2-minute walk distance from the beach and is right at the center of the city, characterized by being a place full of life and mixing old and new design trends. Take a 5-minute walk to the Carmel market and get lost in the narrow streets leading to it, where you can find authentic little restaurants and shops. Tel Aviv is full of cute cafes and exciting new restaurants with different cuisines, you can find both plus art galleries and boutiques all in this neighborhood. The amenities The flat is fully equipped so you can feel at home and be focused on relaxing. We are sure you will enjoy discovering the city from such a great starting point, but if you would like our assistance for booking tours, dinner reservations, or just tips, we will be more than happy to help! We offer concierge services for all of this and any further extra services you might need. Please note that parking is available for 300 ILS for a minimum stay of 15 nights (building rules). Please note that we do not advertise the gym because it is available for a minimum stay of 30 nights (building rules).

Stays longer than 15 days will require a higher deposit
The minimum age for check-in is 25 years.
Lost keys or getting locked out: €100 per key set for replacement.
The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
Baby cots; Mattresses are included, linens are not supplied for insurance reasons.
Early/late check-in or a late check-out: subject to confirmation. Once approved, charges will apply.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any disruptive noise is prohibited past 22:00.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
