Apartment reservations are officially canceled only after the user has clicked the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page. Users can reach this through the "My Reservations" page.
Sweet Inn apartments each have one of three cancellation policies. Cleaning fees will be refunded for any reservation canceled before check-in, no matter which cancellation policy applies. Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
Three Cancellation Policies
Flexible: Select this policy if you would like more flexibility. We will refund 100% of your booking if you cancel at least 7 days before your check-in date. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel between 7 and 2 days before the check-in date. We will not be able to refund the booking if you cancel less than 2 days before the check-in date.
Moderate: Should you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your check-in date, we can give you a full refund. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the check-in date, we will refund 50% of the booking. If you cancel less than a week before the date you are due to arrive, we will not be able to refund the booking.
Non-refundable: For a 15% discount. This policy is perfect for those whose plans are unlikely to change. You can only choose this policy 14 days before your check-in date and it offers no refunds upon cancellation.
