En este apartamento se puede disfrutar de casi todas las partes de Tel Aviv paseando y luego volver a casa para relajarse en los cómodos sofás del balcón o preparar la cena en la cocina totalmente equipada. El diseño y los muebles del interior del piso son muy chic pero con un ambiente hogareño. El barrio Este apartamento está a 2 minutos andando de la playa y se encuentra justo en el centro de la ciudad, caracterizado por ser un lugar lleno de vida y que mezcla tendencias de diseño antiguas y nuevas. Camine 5 minutos hasta el mercado de Carmel y piérdase por las callejuelas que conducen a él, donde encontrará pequeños restaurantes y tiendas auténticas. Tel Aviv está llena de coquetos cafés y nuevos y excitantes restaurantes con diferentes cocinas, puedes encontrar ambos además de galerías de arte y boutiques todo en este barrio. Stays longer than 15 days will require a higher deposit
The minimum age for check-in is 25 years.
Lost keys or getting locked out: €100 per key set for replacement.
The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
Baby cots; Mattresses are included, linens are not supplied for insurance reasons.
Early/late check-in or a late check-out: subject to confirmation. Once approved, charges will apply.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any disruptive noise is prohibited past 22:00.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
