This apartment is beautiful and cozy, designed to offer a comfortable stay either for holidays or business trips. The property features are his large windows in the living room and the view of the sea, with a nice balcony, and two bedrooms both with queen-sized beds. In this apartment, you can enjoy pretty much all parts of Tel Aviv by walking and then go back home to relax on the comfy sofas on the balcony or prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The design and furniture inside the flat are very chic but with a homey atmosphere. There is no shelter room The Neighborhood The Gordon area is right at the center of the city, characterized by being a place full of life and mixing old and new design trends. Tel Aviv is full of cute cafes and exciting new restaurants with different cuisines, you can find both plus art galleries and boutiques all in this neighborhood. Last but not least, by walking up Gordon Street (a 5-minute walk) you will arrive directly at one of the trendiest beaches in the city. Stays longer than 15 days will require a higher deposit
The minimum age for check-in is 25 years.
Lost keys or getting locked out: €100 per key set for replacement.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
Baby cots; Mattresses are included, linens are not supplied for insurance reasons.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any disruptive noise is prohibited past 22:00.

EARLY CHECK-IN: For check-ins after or around check-out time if there are no guests checking-out on the day of your arrival, we are happy to arrange free early check-in. Subject to availability.
