The space On top of the prime location, this spacious, 82 m2 two-bedroom apartment has a large & sunny living room, plus a separate workspace. The apartment is newly renovated and super pleasant to stay in. It is on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) facing a large green Ficus tree. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other a double bed. It has a bathroom and an additional extra toilet. The additional private office space overlooks the scenery and is quiet and isolated. No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.

The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
