L'atmosfera all'interno combina la freschezza della brezza marina con gli elettrodomestici moderni, con due camere da letto, un luminoso salone e un'ampia cucina aperta. Infine, ma non per questo meno importante, c'è una splendida terrazza dove si può fare colazione o trascorrere un pomeriggio rilassante bevendo caffè o vino leggendo un libro. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione meravigliosa, basta fare una passeggiata di 3 minuti per raggiungere la spiaggia e poi tornare a godersi questa bellissima casa. Il quartiere La via Kalisher conduce al lungomare da quasi Rothschild alla spiaggia. All'angolo con lo Shook Akarmel, è possibile fare shopping, comprare un succo di frutta fresco o provare uno dei ristoranti dello Shook. Con una passeggiata di 5 minuti si può raggiungere il mercato di Carmel e perdersi nelle stradine che vi conducono, dove si trovano ristorantini e negozi autentici. No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The law in Spain requires the passports of all guests must be provided 48 hours prior to arrival. Any ID not provided will not be permitted to stay in the property. Without all ID cards/Passports, keys to the property will not be handed over.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any disruptive noise is prohibited past 22:00.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
