Enfin, il y a une magnifique terrasse où vous pouvez prendre votre petit-déjeuner ou passer un après-midi détendu à boire du café ou du vin en lisant un livre. L'appartement est merveilleusement situé, faites une promenade de 3 minutes jusqu'à la plage et revenez ensuite pour profiter de cette belle maison. Le quartier La rue Kalisher mène tout droit à la promenade de presque Rothschild à la plage. Situé à l'angle du Shook Akarmel, vous pouvez faire du shopping, acheter un jus de fruits frais ou essayer l'un des restaurants du Shook. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes jusqu'au marché du Carmel et perdez-vous dans les rues étroites qui y mènent, où vous trouverez des petits restaurants et des boutiques authentiques. No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The law in Spain requires the passports of all guests must be provided 48 hours prior to arrival. Any ID not provided will not be permitted to stay in the property. Without all ID cards/Passports, keys to the property will not be handed over.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any disruptive noise is prohibited past 22:00.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
