L'espace

Situé dans l'un des plus beaux quartiers de Tel Aviv, ce bel appartement se trouve dans un immeuble flambant neuf. L'atmosphère à l'intérieur combine la fraîcheur de la brise marine avec des appareils modernes, comprenant deux chambres à coucher, un salon lumineux et une grande cuisine ouverte avec vue sur la mer. Enfin, l'appartement dispose d'une magnifique terrasse où vous pourrez prendre votre petit déjeuner ou passer un après-midi détendu en buvant du café ou du vin tout en lisant un livre. L'appartement est merveilleusement situé, il suffit de marcher une minute jusqu'à la plage et de revenir pour profiter de cette belle maison.

Il y a une chambre d'hébergement (l'une des chambres est un mamad en hébreu).


Le quartier

La rue Hayarkon est à une minute de marche de la promenade. Situé dans l'ancien quartier yéménite, vous pourrez flâner dans les petites rues et apprécier l'architecture de l'un des premiers quartiers de Tel Aviv. Le marché Carmel se trouve à 5 minutes de marche et vous pouvez vous perdre dans les rues étroites qui y mènent, où vous trouverez des petits restaurants et des boutiques authentiques.

For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the apartment size. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

You can obtain and use Digital Keys to open the apartment. To do so, download the SweetInn mobile app and follow the instructions there.
Stays longer than 15 days will require a higher deposit
The minimum age for check-in is 25 years.
Lost keys or getting locked out: €100 per key set for replacement.
Baby cots; Mattresses are included, linens are not supplied for insurance reasons.
The law in Spain requires the passports of all guests must be provided 48 hours prior to arrival. Any ID not provided will not be permitted to stay in the property. Without all ID cards/Passports, keys to the property will not be handed over.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
