Situated in the Belle Isnarde neighborhood in Saint-Tropez, this authentic villa boasts 350 m2 of living space and 3,500 m2 of land, offering very large spaces amidst beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. There is a very large terrace with various areas for relaxation and dining while listening to the cicadas. Enjoy a beautiful 12 x 6 m2 swimming pool. Spread over 2 floors, the 5 bedrooms all feature a dressing area, a work space, a spacious bathroom or shower, and a separate toilet. The living room offers beautiful and spacious areas adorned with lovely contemporary decoration. There is a fully equipped independent kitchen. Air conditioning throughout the house, as well as wifi and satellite cable. Private parking. A haven of peace bathed in light, quiet for your family vacations, or professional trips. Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, late arrivals (from 7 pm to midnight) will be charged 50€. Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, departures before 8 am will be charged 50€, and after 11 am (subject to availability). Linen is included in the cleaning price
