Articolo 1: Introduzione

www.sweetinn.comè un Sito dedicato all'affitto stagionale di appartamenti che offre la possibilità di visualizzare liste di strutture immobiliari in affitto temporaneo. Il Sito permette di effettuare prenotazioni online.
È gestito dalla SWEET INN LUXEMBOURG s.r.l con sede legale in Boulevard de la Petrusse n°128, Lussemburgo ( d'ora in poi SWEET INN).
Questi Termini di Utilizzo (d'ora in poi TDU) disciplinano tutti i termini di utilizzo del Sito, accessibile all'URL www.sweetinn.com ( d'ora in poi il Sito).
Essi vengono stipulati tra SWEET INN e l'utente, d'ora in poi denominati congiuntamente come "PARTI".
Importante: Qualsiasi uso, di qualunque tipo, del Sito www.sweetinn.com implica necessariamente l'accettazione incondizionata dei suddetti TDU da parte dell'utente.

Articolo 2: Definizioni

I termini seguenti chiariscono il significato delle parti: - Per "Residente" si intende qualsiasi utente registrato sul sito che intenda affittare le strutture disponibili online.
- Per "Annuncio" si intende tutto il materiale riguardante il listino dei canoni d'affitto, comprese le immagini, le descrizioni della struttura, i prezzi e i riferimenti sotto la descrizione.
- Per "Alloggi" si intendono le strutture disponibili pubblicate sul sito online.
- Per "Membro" si intende qualsiasi utente registrato sul Sito.
- Per "Sito" si intende il Sito accessibile all'indirizzo www.sweetinn.com. Il sito comprende tutte le pagine web online ospitate da SWEET INN.
- Per "Utente" si intende qualsiasi individuo che visiti il Sito, compresi gli ospiti.

Articolo 3: Accesso al Sito

L'utente riconosce di avere le capacità e i mezzi necessari per accedere e utilizzare il Sito; si impegna inoltre a verificare che la configurazione del suo broswer non contenga virus e funzioni perfettamente.
SWEET INN si impegna ad assicurare all'utente la disponibilità e la veridicità delle informazioni o degli strumenti ma non può essere ritenuto responsabile in caso di errori, informazioni non disponibili o virus presenti sul Sito.
Il sito è accessibile 24 h su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Non è possibile ritenere SWEET INN responsabile in caso di interruzioni, volontarie o involontarie, del Sito e dei servizi proposti. Inoltre, è possibile che, per motivi di manutenzione, SWEET INN interrompa l'accesso al Sito dandone comunque tempestiva comunicazione all'utente

Articolo 4: Obblighi dell'utente

Ogni utente si impegna a utilizzare il sito in conformità alle leggi e ai regolamenti vigenti, nel pieno rispetto dei diritti dei terzi e delle clausole dei suddetti TDU.
Ogni membro è obbligato a:
- Agire correttamente nei confronti di SWEET INN e dei suoi partner.
- Fornire a SWEET INN informazioni corrette e veritiere.
- Utilizzarere il Sito in accordo con le finalità stabilite nelle suddette TDU.
- Non fare uso degli strumenti messi a disposizione del Sito per scopi illegali, commettendo infrazioni o reati minori, tutti perseguibili per legge in base al Codice Penale e ogni altra norma di legge.
- Non cercare di deviare la navigazione verso un altro Sito o un servizio di concorrenza.
- In conformità alla sezione 323_1 e al Codice Penale, non attuare l'automazione dei sistemi di elaborazione dati per il lancio del Sito.
- Non inserire collegamenti ipertestuali all'interno del Sito.

Articolo 5: Protezione dei dati

In base alla legge sulla privacy, 5741-1981 in materia di trattamento dei dati personali, l'utente è consapevole che il responsabile del Sito attua l'elaborazione dei dati personali.
Dell'elaborazione dati raccolti sul Sito è responsabile SWEET INN. I dati dell'utente sono elaborati al fine di assicurare il corretto funzionamento del Sito e accogliere le richieste dell'utente. Il trattamento dei dati personali viene comunicato all'Autorità garante della privacy, conformemente alla legge sulla privacy, 5741-1981.
I dati vengono raccolti attraverso la navigazione dell'utente all'interno del Sito (ad esempio l' indirizzo IP) oppure attraverso la compilazione dei form sul Sito stesso. Questi dati sono necessari per elaborare le richieste dell'utente. I dati saranno ceduti a coloro che si occupano dei principali servizi SWEET INN e all'host del Sito.
L'utente ha il diritto di richiedere, modificare e/o cancellare i dati che lo riguardano o opporsi, per giustificato motivo, al trattamento dei suoi dati. Tutti questi diritti sono elencati in una mail, unitamente alla copia di un suo documento d'identità, inviata da info@sweetinn.com, avente per oggetto «PROTEZIONE DEI DATI PERSONALI».

Articolo 6: Cookies

Quando si accede all'extranet, è possibile che cookies o cookies di terze parti si installino sul terminale dell'utente.
I cookies sono dati memorizzati sul terminale dell'utente ed utilizzati per uno scambio di informazioni tra il Sito e il broswer Internet in uso (per esempio l'identificativo di una sessione, la scelta della lingua o la data).
I cookies servono a registrare, in base al loro periodo di validità, le informazioni di navigazione quando l'utente visita diverse pagine di un Sito o quando ritorna successivamente sullo stesso Sito.
Solo chi emette il cookie può leggere o modificare le informazioni che vi sono contenute.
Esistono diversi tipi di Cookies:
- Cookies di sessione che si cancellano automaticamente alla chiusura del broswer.

Tuttavia, se il cookie di scarto viene rimosso, non sarà possibile identificare l'utente che ha rifiutato i cookies.
Diritto di opposizione e accesso:

Articolo 7: Proprietà intellettuale

Ad eccezione dei contenuti inseriti dall'utente, marchi, loghi, slogan, grafica, fotografie, animazioni, video e testi presenti sul Sito sono di proprietà esclusiva di SWEET INN, è vietata quindi qualsiasi riproduzione, uso o rappresentazione senza il previo consenso di SWEET INN, per non incorrere in sanzioni penali.
È proibita la totale o parziale riproduzione del Sito e dei suoi contenuti, con qualsiasi mezzo, senza il previo consenso di SWEET INN, ogni infrazione è perseguibile ai sensi degli articoli L335-2 e L713-1 e seguenti in materia di Tutela dei diritti di proprietà Intellettuale.
È proibito l'inserimento di deep link verso una pagina del Sito senza il previo consenso di SWEET INN. SWEET INN vieta categoricamente: l'appropriazione, tramite trasferimento permanente o temporaneo ad un altro supporto in qualsiasi forma e con qualsiasi mezzo, e il riutilizzo di tutto o di una parte, qualitativamente o quantitativamente sostanziale, del contenuto di un database.

Articolo 8: Limiti delle responsabilità

SWEET INN declina ogni responsabilità:
- In caso di impossibilità temporanea di accesso al Sito per motivi di manutenzione tecnica o aggiornamento dei suoi contenuti,
- In caso di attacco di virus al PC,
- In caso di informazioni rese all'utente in maniera incompleta o inesatta,
- In caso di annunci pubblicitari inesatti,
- Nelle relazioni tra gli utenti,
- In caso di uso anomalo o sfruttamento illecito del Sito, l'utente sarà ritenuto responsabile per qualsiasi danno arrecato a terzi e in caso di conseguenze e controversie che da quest'uso potrebbero verificarsi.
- In merito al contenuto postato dagli Ospiti, SWEET INN fa da moderatore e ha la priorità sui commenti inseriti. 48 ore dopo la fine del soggiorno presso una struttura SWEET INN, verrà inviata un'e-mail ai clienti per invitarli a commentare la loro esperienza.

SWEET INN non sarà, in alcun caso, ritenuta responsabile del mancato o inadeguato ottemperamento degli oneri contrattuali attribuibili all'utente, in particolare negli scambi di informazioni e nella pubblicazione di informazioni da parte dell'utente.
SWEET INN non sarà ritenuta responsabile o colpevole di violazione dei suddetti termini in caso di ritardo o errore quando questi siano imputabili a causa di forza maggiore come previsto dalla giurisprudenza francese del caso.
SWEET INN non è responsabile e perciò non è tenuta al pagamento dei danni arrecati all'utente o a terzi derivanti dall'uso del Sito. Qui, il termine danno "indiretto" si riferisce ai danni che non sono direttamente ed esclusivamente il risultato di una azione intrapresa o di una mancata azione da parte di SWEET INN.

Articolo 9: Modifica dei TDU

SWEET INN si riserva da ora in poi il diritto di modificare i suddetti TDU in qualsiasi momento.
Le modifiche diventeranno effettive 48 ore dopo la pubblicazione.
L'utente sarà informato delle modifiche dei TDU consultando la data del loro ultimo aggiornamento.

Articolo 10: Validità dei TDU

Il fatto che una delle Parti non richieda l'applicazione di una delle clausole dei TDU, sia in modo definitivo che temporaneo, non costituirà, in nessun caso, una deroga rispetto alle suddette clausole.
Nel caso in cui una qualunque clausola dei TDU fosse invalidata, in forza di norme legislative o regolatorie e/o di sentenza avente forza di res judicata, sarà ritenuta nulla ma non comprometterà la validità delle restanti clausole che rimarranno pienamente applicabili.
In questo caso, le Parti si accorderanno su una nuova clausola che sostituisca quella dichiarata nulla e irrilevante. È necessario che la nuova clausola sia simile e il più conforme possibile allo spirito e all'impatto economico sulle Parti della clausola precedente.

Articolo 11: Clausole generali

Il fatto che una delle Parti non richieda l'applicazione di una delle clausole dei TDU, sia in modo definitivo che temporaneo, non costituirà, in nessun caso, una deroga rispetto alle suddette clausole.
I suddetti TDU non concedono all'utente garanzie o esclusive per l'offerta di servizi.
Nel caso in cui una qualunque clausola dei TDU fosse invalidata, in forza di norme legislative o regolatorie e/o di sentenza avente forza di res judicata, sarà ritenuta nulla ma non comprometterà la validità delle restanti clausole che rimarranno pienamente applicabili.

Articolo 12: Legislazione applicabile e giurisdizione

QUESTE CONDIZIONI SONO DISCIPLINATE DALLA LEGGE FRANCESE. PER QUALSIASI CONTROVERSIA, SONO COMPETENTI SOLO LE CORTI DI PARIGI.
Questo si applica alle norme procedurali e sostanziali, malgrado le sedi di esecuzione, e alle obbligazioni sostanziali o accessorie.

Article 1: Preamble

www.sweetinn.com is a Website dedicated to the seasonal rental of apartments, and which provides access to listings of short-term real estate rentals. The Website provides the ability to make reservations online. It is operated by SWEET INN LUX Limited liability company, with registered office at 128 Boulevard de la Petrusse, Luxembourg (hereinafter SWEET INN). These Terms of Service (hereafter TOS) govern all terms of use of the Website accessible at URL www.sweetinn.com (hereinafter the Website). They are concluded between SWEET INN on the one hand and the User on the other, hereinafter collectively referred to as "PARTIES". The contract for the booking of an apartment in Bruxelles is concluded between SWEET INN BELGIQUE S.P.L.R and the User. Important: Any use in any capacity whatsoever of the Website www.sweetinn.com necessarily implies the unconditional acceptance by the User of these TOS.

Article 2: Definitions

The terms defined below give the parties the following meanings: - "Resident" refers to any user registered on the Website who wishes to rent properties available online. - "Listing" refers to all material concerning the rental listings, including photographs, descriptions of the property, prices and references under the description. - "Services" refers to all the paid additional services provided by Sweet inn on the online Website such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors. - "Housing" refers to the available properties published on the online Website. - "Member" refers to any user who registers on the Website. - "Website" refers to the Website accessible at www.sweetinn.com. The Website amalgamates all online web pages hosted by SWEET INN. - "User" refers to any person who visits the Website, including Tenants.

Article 3: Create an account

Access to the Website is open to all online Users, as are the ads and the calendar, which displays apartment availability. However, for some Website features, Users need to be a Member in order to gain accessibility. For example, only Members may book online on the Website. As such, only individuals, be they under or over 18 years of age, may register to become a Member and/or justify an authorization from his legal representatives or any corporation acting through a natural person with legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal person . The Member agrees not to create or use other accounts that were initially created, either under his own identity or that of a third party, without the prior written permission of the publisher. Otherwise if he did not get prior written permission, the account will be suspended, including all services associated with it. The Member is obligated to notify the publisher immediately of any compromise on the confidentiality of his password or any other third party use of which he has knowledge. Upon receiving this notification, the editor will delete the password within 48 hours, allowing access to the customer center. If the Member has selected to login using the integrated Facebook connection to the Website interface, SWEET INN has the right to use the data available from the Facebook account. Once the Member has provided their Facebook username and password, SWEET INN allows the Facebook login to connect automatically on subsequent logins to the Website. The data available on the Member’s Facebook account allows the User to register without having to complete a new online registration form. The personal information SWEET INN requires in order to perform a reservation is collected directly from the Facebook account, with the authorization of the Member. The Member has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning themselves, according to Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

Article 4: Member obligations

As part of the use of the Website, each Member undertakes not to undermine the public order and comply with laws and regulations, respect the rights of third parties and the provisions of these TOS. Each member is obliged to: - Act fairly towards SWEET INN and its third parties. - Provide honest and sincere information to SWEET INN. - Use the Website in accordance with the purposes stated in this TOS. - Not make use of the Website in order to commit crimes, misdemeanours or petty offenses that are punishable under the Penal Code or any other law. - Not attempt to divert traffic to another Website or a competitive service. - Not seek to undermine articles 504quater, 550bis or 550ter of the Penal Code to automate data processing systems implemented for the launch of the Website. - Not insert hyperlinks into the Website.

Article 5: SWEET INN Obligations

The publisher strives to offer Tenants information or tools available, which are correct and verified. However SWEET INN will not be held responsible for any errors, lack of availability of features or the presence of viruses on its Website. The Website is accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The editor of the Website will not, however, be held responsible for any discontinuances and interruptions of the Website and its services, whether voluntary or not. In addition, the publisher of the Website may interrupt its activity for maintenance reasons and will endeavour to inform Users of this interruption. SWEET INN disclaims all responsibility: • If it is unable to temporarily access the Website for technical maintenance or to update the published information, • In the event of computer virus attacks, • In the event of incomplete or incorrect User information, • In the event of incorrect advertisements, • In relations between Users, • In the event of abnormal use or illicit exploitation of the Website, the User will be held responsible for any damage to third parties and for the consequent actions or claims that may arise. SWEET INN will not, under any circumstances, be held liable for nonperformance or improper performance of contractual obligations attributable to the User, in particular during the exchange of information between Users or when publishing content by Users. SWEET INN will not be held liable or deemed to have breached these terms in the event of any delay or failure when the cause of delay or nonperformance is linked to a case of force majeure as defined by Belgian law. SWEET INN is not responsible and thus does not repair any consequential damages suffered by Users or any third party due to the use of the Website. Here, the term "indirect" damage refers to damages that are not exclusively and directly the result of a SWEET INN actions or lack thereof.

Article 6: Reservation conditions

The total price paid by a SWEET INN Tenant includes the price of the apartment rental and the Services (such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors, etc.). The fees, charges and deposit are all detailled in the Listings. These amounts correspond to the prices in effect when the contract is agreed upon. The delivery time of the Services can be from one to three days, prior to booking, according to the Service chosen. The average security deposit is three hundred Euros. It will be requested upon check in, and refunded after check out if no damages are found in the apartement, as described at article 7 of present TOS. After the Tenant selects the apartment and the extra Services, he will complete the reservation process by paying with credit card or via the Paypal secure payment module directly on the Website. The prices are in euros and the commission on extras proposed by SWEET INN varies according to the proposed Services. SWEET INN offers the secure payment system PAYPAL. The cost of credit card payment is entirely the responsibility of the Member. The proposed method of payment is SSL secured payment. This payment protocol is standard and recognized worldwide for the protection of data transmitted over the internet. It is available on almost all Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft, Navigator V1.1, Netscape, Firefox etc.). The information Members provide of their credit or debit cards (number, expiration date of validity, etc.) is encrypted before the sending of the e-mail to the transactions payment server. Article 7 : Witheld of Security Deposit

The security deposit is subjected to be withheld for the following reasons : - Damaged or broken furniture - Damaged kitchen applicances or lighting - Damaged television of Hi-Fi equipment - Stained or damaed walls and upholstery - Broken dishes, windows or mirrors - Damaged or missing accesories - Flooding or fire In addition, and with reference to the legal dispositions of the article 561of the Penal code, any noise poluttion occuring between 10 pm and 6 am is considered as a breach of distrubance of the peace at night, punished by a maximum amend of 20 euros and 5 days of imprisonement. As such, your deposit can be withheld. In order to avoid any conflicts, SWEET INN recommand if something gets damaged during your stay, to contact your Guest Relations.

Article 8: Online Comments

Only members who have stayed in the precise locations may evaluate the accommodations. Each Tenant will receive an email message within 48 hours after checkout reminding them to comment and assess the precise housing in which they stayed. SWEET INN has a pre-moderation power over the comments left by Members. Comments must, in any event, not conflict with any laws and regulations, morality and public order, nor denigrate disproportionately the accommodations displayed on the Website. SWEET INN has also provided tools that enable members to share the advertisements across different community Websites, social networks and blogs published by third parties. SWEET INN exclusively allows the User to share this type of communication for promotional purposes, excluding any commercial use or promotions unrelated to SWEET INN projects.

Article 9: Waiver of right of withdrawal

According to the articles XIV.29 and XIV.35 of the Code of Economic law, the right of withdrawal does not include: 1. Contracts for the supply of services if performance has begun, with the consumer's agreement, before the end of the withdrawal period. 2. Hosting services other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities to be provided on a date or at a specific period. The Member may not therefore claim any refund of service fees from SWEET INN.

Article 10: Penalty measures

In case of violation of these TOS, SWEET INN reserves the right to take the following measures with the Member concerned: - Suspend the Member's account during all the initiated procedures. - Delete the Member's account at the end of the procedure. Members whom the above sanctions and/or restrictions and/or suspensions on the Website apply to, may not open a new account on the Website.

Article 11: Data protection

According to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, the User is informed that the Website editor implements a processing of personal data. SWEET INN is responsible for processing the data collected on the Website. This data is processed to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to ensure Users demands are met. The treatment of personal data is in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. The data is collected via a User browsing the Website (eg IP address) or collected via collection forms on the Website. This data is necessary in order to process requests from users. The recipients of the data are those who deal with the relevant SWEET INN service and the host of the Website. Each User has the right to query, modify and/or delete the data concerning themselves or claim opposition for legitimate reasons to the use of their data. All of these rights are provided in the email sent by info@sweetinn.com indicated by the subject line « DATA PROTECTION », which encloses a copy of the Member’s identity document.

Article 14: Enforceability of TOS

These TOS are binding upon registration of a Member on the Website. These TOS are binding throughout the operating life of the Website, and until new TOS replace the present.

Article 15: Modification of TOS

SWEET INN hereafter reserves the right to change the above TOS at any time. The changes will take effect 48 hours after publication. Users will be informed of TOS changes by consulting the date of last update of the TOS.

Article 16: Validity of TOS

The fact that one of the Parties did not require the application of any provision of these TOS, whether permanently or temporarily, shall under no circumstances be regarded as a waiver of such provisions. If any provision of these TOS were to be invalid under a legislative or regulatory provision in force and / or a court decision having force of res judicata, it will be deemed unwritten but will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully applicable. In this case, the Parties will agree upon a new provision to replace the one declared null and irrelevant. Article 17: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

THESE TERMS ARE GOVERNED BY BELGIAN LAW FOR ANY DISPUTE, ONLY THE COURTS OF BRUSSELS WILL BE COMPETENT. This applies to substantive rules and procedural rules, notwithstanding the execution venues substantial or accessory obligations.

www.sweetinn.com is a Website dedicated to the seasonal rental of apartments, and which provides access to listings of short-term real estate rentals. The Website provides the ability to make reservations online. It is operated by SWEET INN LUXEMBOURG Limited liability company, with registered office at 128 Boulevard de la Petrusse, Luxembourg (hereinafter SWEET INN). These Terms of Service (hereafter TOS) govern all terms of use of the Website accessible at URL www.sweetinn.com (hereinafter the Website). They are concluded between SWEET INN on the one hand and the User on the other, hereinafter collectively referred to as "PARTIES". The contract for the booking of an apartment in Barcelona is concluded between SWEET INN ACCOMODATION INN SPAIN and the User. Important: Any use in any capacity whatsoever of the Website www.sweetinn.com necessarily implies the unconditional acceptance by the User of these TOS.

Article 2: Definitions

The terms defined below give the parties the following meanings: - "Resident" refers to any user registered on the Website who wishes to rent properties available online. - "Listing" refers to all material concerning the rental listings, including photographs, descriptions of the property, prices and references under the description. - « Services» refers to all the paid additional services provided by Sweet inn on the online Website such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors. - "Housing" refers to the available properties published on the online Website. - "Member" refers to any user who registers on the Website. - "Website" refers to the Website accessible at www.sweetinn.com. The Website amalgamates all online web pages hosted by SWEET INN. - "User" refers to any person who visits the Website, including Tenants.

Article 3: Create an account

Access to the Website is open to all online Users, as are the ads and the calendar, which displays apartment availability. However, for some Website features, Users need be a Member in order to gain accessibility. For example, only Members may book online on the Website. As such, only individuals, be they under or over 18 years of age, may register to become a Member and/or justify an authorization from his legal representatives or any corporation acting through a natural person with legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal person . The Member agrees not to create or use other accounts that were initially created, either under his own identity or that of a third party, without the prior written permission of the publisher. Otherwise if he did not get prior written permission, the account will be suspended, including all services associated with it. The Member is obligated to notify the publisher immediately of any compromise on the confidentiality of his password or any other third party use of which he has knowledge. Upon receiving this notification, the editor will delete the password within 48 hours, allowing access to the customer center. If the Member has selected to login using the integrated Facebook connection to the Website interface, SWEET INN has the right to use the data available from the Facebook account. Once the Member has provided their Facebook username and password, SWEET INN allows the Facebook login to connect automatically on subsequent logins to the Website. The data available on the Member’s Facebook account allows the User to register without having to complete a new online registration form. The personal information SWEET INN requires in order to perform a reservation is collected directly from the Facebook account, with the authorization of the Member. The Member has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning themselves, according to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

Article 4: Member obligations

As part of the use of the Website, each Member undertakes not to undermine the public order and comply with laws and regulations, respect the rights of third parties and the provisions of these TOS. Each member is obliged to: - Act fairly towards SWEET INN and its third parties. - Provide honest and sincere information to SWEET INN. - Use the Website in accordance with the purposes stated in this TOS. - Not make use of the Website in order to commit crimes, misdemeanours or petty offenses that are punishable under the Penal Code or any other law. - Not attempt to divert traffic to another Website or a competitive service. - Not seek to undermine articles 264 and following of the Penal Code to automate data processing systems implemented for the launch of the Website. - Not insert hyperlinks into the Website.

Article 5: SWEET INN Obligations

The publisher strives to offer Tenants information or tools available, which are correct and verified. However SWEET INN will not be held responsible for any errors, lack of availability of features or the presence of viruses on its Website. The Website is accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The editor of the Website will not, however, be held responsible for any discontinuances and interruptions of the Website and its services, whether voluntary or not. In addition, the publisher of the Website may interrupt its activity for maintenance reasons and will endeavour to inform Users of this interruption. SWEET INN disclaims all responsibility: • If it is unable to temporarily access the Website for technical maintenance or to update the published information, • In the event of computer virus attacks, • In the event of incomplete or incorrect User information, • In the event of incorrect advertisements, • In relations between Users, • In the event of abnormal use or illicit exploitation of the Website, the User will be held responsible for any damage to third parties and for the consequent actions or claims that may arise. SWEET INN will not, under any circumstances, be held liable for nonperformance or improper performance of contractual obligations attributable to the User, in particular during the exchange of information between Users or when publishing content by Users. SWEET INN is not responsible and thus does not repair any consequential damages suffered by Users or any third party due to the use of the Website. Here, the term "indirect" damage refers to damages that are not exclusively and directly the result of a SWEET INN actions or lack thereof.

Article 6: Reservation conditions

The total price paid by a SWEET INN Tenant includes the price of the apartment rental and the Services (such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors, etc.). The fees, charges and deposit are all detailled in the Listings. These amounts correspond to the prices in effect when the contract is agreed upon. The delivery time of the Services can be from one to three days, prior to booking, according to the Service chosen. The average security deposit is three hundred Euros. It will be requested upon check in, and refunded after check out if no damages are found in the apartement, as described at article 7 of present TOS. After the Tenant selects the apartment and the extra Services, he will complete the reservation process by paying with credit card or via the Paypal secure payment module directly on the Website. The prices are in euros and the commission on extras proposed by SWEET INN varies according to the proposed Services. SWEET INN offers the secure payment system PAYPAL. The cost of credit card payment is entirely the responsibility of the Member. The proposed method of payment is SSL secured payment. This payment protocol is standard and recognized worldwide for the protection of data transmitted over the internet. It is available on almost all Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft, Navigator V1.1, Netscape, Firefox etc.). The information Members provide of their credit or debit cards (number, expiration date of validity, etc.) is encrypted before the sending of the e-mail to the transactions payment server. Article 7 : Witheld of Security Deposit

The security deposit is subjected to be withheld for the following reasons : - Damaged or broken furniture - Damaged kitchen applicances or lighting - Damaged television of Hi-Fi equipment - Stained or damaed walls and upholstery - Broken dishes, windows or mirrors - Damaged or missing accesories - Flooding or fire In addition, and with reference to the legal dispositions of the article 325 of the Penal code, an excessive noise poluttion can be considered as a criminal offense, punished by an amend between 6 month and 2 years of imprisonement and a fine between 10 and 14 months. As such, your deposit can be witheld. In order to avoid any conflicts, SWEET INN recommand if something gets damaged during your stay, to contact your Guest Relations.

Article 8: Online Comments

Only members who have stayed in the precise locations may evaluate the accommodations. Each Tenant will receive an email message within 48 hours after checkout reminding them to comment and assess the precise housing in which they stayed. SWEET INN has a pre-moderation power over the comments left by Members. Comments must, in any event, not conflict with any laws and regulations, morality and public order, nor denigrate disproportionately the accommodations displayed on the Website. SWEET INN has also provided tools that enable members to share the advertisements across different community Websites, social networks and blogs published by third parties. SWEET INN exclusively allows the User to share this type of communication for promotional purposes, excluding any commercial use or promotions unrelated to SWEET INN projects.

Article 9: Waiver of right of withdrawal

According to the law 3/2014 of March 27th, the right of withdrawal does not include: 1. Contracts for the supply of services if performance has begun, with the consumer's agreement, before the end of the withdrawal period (Article 103 a) of the law 3/2014 of March 27 th). 2. Hosting services other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities to be provided on a date or at a specific period (Article 103 j) of the law 3/2014 of March 27 th). The Member may not therefore claim any refund of service fees from SWEET INN.

Article 10: Penalty measures

In case of violation of these TOS, SWEET INN reserves the right to take the following measures with the Member concerned: - Suspend the Member's account during all the initiated procedures. - Delete the Member's account at the end of the procedure. Members whom the above sanctions and/or restrictions and/or suspensions on the Website apply to, may not open a new account on the Website.

Article 11: Data protection

According to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, the User is informed that the Website editor implements a processing of personal data. SWEET INN is responsible for processing the data collected on the Website. This data is processed to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to ensure user demands are met. The treatment of personal data is in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. The data is collected via a User browsing the Website (eg IP address) or collected via collection forms on the Website. This data is necessary in order to process requests from Users. Article 9: Waiver of right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and the Regulation No. 2(3) to the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancelling of a transaction), 5771-2010, the Consumer may cancel the reservation and/or the service within 14 days from the reservation's date, provided that the date the service is due to commence is not less than 7 days from the day of reservation.

Article 10: Penalty measures

In case of violation of these TOS, SWEET INN reserves the right to take the following measures with the Member concerned: - Suspend the Member's account during all the initiated procedures. - Delete the Member's account at the end of the procedure. Members whom the above sanctions and/or restrictions and/or suspensions on the Website apply to, may not open a new account on the Website.

Article 11: Data protection

According to the Protection of Privacy Law,5741-1981, the User is informed that the Website editor implements a processing of personal data. SWEET INN is responsible for processing the data collected on the Website. This data is processed to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to ensure User demands are met. The terms defined below give the parties the following meanings: - "Resident" any user registered on the Website who wishes to rent properties available online. - "Listing" refers to all material concerning the rental listings, including photographs, descriptions of the property, prices and references under the description. - « Services» refers to all the paid additional services provided by Sweet inn on the online Website such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors. - "Housing" refers to the available properties published on the online Website. - "Member" refers to any user who registers on the Website. - "Website" refers to the Website accessible at www.sweetinn.com. The Website amalgamates all online web pages hosted by SWEET INN. - "User" means any person who visits the Website, including Tenants.

Article 3: Create an account

Access to the Website is open to all online Users, as are the ads and the calendar, which displays apartment availability. However, for some Website features, Users need be a Member in order to gain accessibility. For example, only Members may book online on the Website. As such, only individuals, be they under or over 18 years of age, may register to become a Member and/or justify an authorization from his legal representatives or any corporation acting through a natural person with legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal person. The Member agrees not to create or use other accounts that were initially created, either under his own identity or that of a third party, without the prior written permission of the publisher. Otherwise if he did not get prior written permission, the account will be suspended, including all services associated with it. The Member is obligated to notify the publisher immediately of any compromise on the confidentiality of his password or any other third party use of which he has knowledge. Upon receiving this notification, the editor will delete the password within 48 hours, allowing access to the customer center. If the Member has selected to login using the integrated Facebook connection to the Website interface, SWEET INN has the right to use the data available from the Facebook account. Once the Member has provided their Facebook username and password, SWEET INN allows the Facebook login to connect automatically on subsequent logins to the Website. The data available on the Member’s Facebook account allows the User to register without having to complete a new online registration form. The personal information SWEET INN requires in order to perform a reservation is collected directly from the Facebook account, with the authorization of the Member. The Member has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning themselves, according to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

Article 4: Member obligations

As part of the use of the Website, each Member undertakes not to undermine the public order and comply with laws and regulations, respect the rights of third parties and the provisions of these TOS. Each member is obliged to: - Act fairly towards SWEET INN and its third parties. - Provide honest and sincere information to SWEET INN. - Use the Website in accordance with the purposes stated in this TOS. - Not make use of the Website in order to commit crimes, misdemeanours or petty offenses that are punishable under the Penal Code or any other law. - Not attempt to divert traffic to another Website or a competitive service. - Not seek to undermine articles 3 and following of the law 109/2009 of the 15 th of september 2009 to automate data processing systems implemented for the launch of the Website. - Not insert hyperlinks into the Website.

Article 5: SWEET INN Obligations

The publisher strives to offer Tenants information or tools available, which are correct and verified. However SWEET INN will not be held responsible for any errors, lack of availability of features or the presence of viruses on its Website. The Website is accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The editor of the Website will not, however, be held responsible for any discontinuances and interruptions of the Website and its services, whether voluntary or not. In addition, the publisher of the Website may interrupt its activity for maintenance reasons and will endeavour to inform Users of this interruption. SWEET INN disclaims all responsibility: • If it is unable to temporarily access the Website for technical maintenance or to update the published information, • In the event of computer virus attacks, • In the event of incomplete or incorrect User information, • In the event of incorrect advertisements, • In relations between Users, • In the event of abnormal use or illicit exploitation of the Website, the User will be held responsible for any damage to third parties and for the consequent actions or claims that may arise. Article 6: Reservation conditions

The total price paid by a SWEET INN Tenant includes the price of the apartment rental and the Services (such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors, etc.). The fees, charges and deposit are all detailled in the Listings. These amounts correspond to the prices in effect when the contract is agreed upon. The delivery time of the Services can be from one to three days, prior to booking, according to the Service chosen. The average security deposit is three hundred Euros. It will be requested upon check in, and refunded after check out if no damages are found in the apartement, as described at article 7 of present TOS. After the Tenant selects the apartment and the extra Services, he will complete the reservation process by paying with credit card or via the Paypal secure payment module directly on the Website. The prices are in euros and the commission on extras proposed by SWEET INN varies according to the proposed Services. SWEET INN offers the secure payment system PAYPAL. The cost of credit card payment is entirely the responsibility of the Member. The proposed method of payment is SSL secured payment. This payment protocol is standard and recognized worldwide for the protection of data transmitted over the internet. It is available on almost all Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft, Navigator V1.1, Netscape, Firefox etc.). The information Members provide of their credit or debit cards (number, expiration date of validity, etc.) is encrypted before the sending of the e-mail to the transactions payment server. Article 7 : Witheld of Security Deposit

The security deposit is subjected to be withheld for the following reasons : - Damaged or broken furniture - Damaged kitchen applicances or lighting - Damaged television of Hi-Fi equipment - Stained or damaed walls and upholstery - Broken dishes, windows or mirrors - Damaged or missing accesories - Flooding or fire In addition, and with reference to the legal dispositions of the decree law n°9/2007, any noise poluttion occuring between 10 pm and 7 am can be considered as a criminal offense, punished by a fine between 200 euros and 2000 euros. As such, your deposit is also subject to be witheld. In order to avoid any conflicts, SWEET INN recommand if something gets damaged during your stay, to contact your Guest Relations.

Article 8: Online Comments

Only members who have stayed in the precise locations may evaluate the accommodations. Each Tenant will receive an email message within 48 hours after checkout reminding them to comment and assess the precise housing in which they stayed. SWEET INN has a pre-moderation power over the comments left by Members. Comments must, in any event, not conflict with any laws and regulations, morality and public order, nor denigrate disproportionately the accommodations displayed on the Website. Each member is obliged to: - Act fairly towards SWEET INN and its third parties. - Provide honest and sincere information to SWEET INN. - Use the Website in accordance with the purposes stated in this TOS. - Not make use of the Website in order to commit crimes, misdemeanours or petty offenses that are punishable under the Penal Code or any other law. - Not attempt to divert traffic to another Website or a competitive service. - Not seek to undermine section 323-1 and the Penal Code to automate data processing systems implemented for the launch of the Website. - Not insert hyperlinks into the Website.

Article 5: SWEET INN Obligations

The publisher strives to offer Tenants information or tools available, which are correct and verified. However SWEET INN will not be held responsible for any errors, lack of availability of features or the presence of viruses on its Website. The Website is accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The editor of the Website will not, however, be held responsible for any discontinuances and interruptions of the Website and its services, whether voluntary or not. In addition, the publisher of the Website may interrupt its activity for maintenance reasons and will endeavour to inform Users of this interruption. SWEET INN disclaims all responsibility: • If it is unable to temporarily access the Website for technical maintenance or to update the published information, • In the event of computer virus attacks, • In the event of incomplete or incorrect User information, • In the event of incorrect advertisements, • In relations between Users, • In the event of abnormal use or illicit exploitation of the Website, the User will be held responsible for any damage to third parties and for the consequent actions or claims that may arise. Article 6: Reservation conditions

The total price paid by a SWEET INN Tenant includes the price of the apartment rental and the Services (such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors, etc.). The fees, charges and deposit are all detailled in the Listings. These amounts correspond to the prices in effect when the contract is agreed upon. The delivery time of the Services can be from one to three days, prior to booking, according to the Service chosen. The average security deposit is three hundred Euros. It will be requested upon check in, and refunded after check out if no damages are found in the apartement, as described at article 7 of present TOS. After the Tenant selects the apartment and the extra Services, he will complete the reservation process by paying with credit card or via the Paypal secure payment module directly on the Website. The prices are in euros and the commission on extras proposed by SWEET INN varies according to the proposed Services. SWEET INN offers the secure payment system PAYPAL. The cost of credit card payment is entirely the responsibility of the Member. The proposed method of payment is SSL secured payment. This payment protocol is standard and recognized worldwide for the protection of data transmitted over the internet. It is available on almost all Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft, Navigator V1.1, Netscape, Firefox etc.). The information Members provide of their credit or debit cards (number, expiration date of validity, etc.) is encrypted before the sending of the e-mail to the transactions payment server. Article 7 : Witheld of Security Deposit

The security deposit is subjected to be withheld for the following reasons : - Damaged or broken furniture - Damaged kitchen applicances or lighting - Damaged television of Hi-Fi equipment - Stained or damaed walls and upholstery - Broken dishes, windows or mirrors - Damaged or missing accesories - Flooding or fire In addition, and with reference to the legal dispositions of the article 561of the Penal code, any noise poluttion occuring between 10 pm and 6 am is considered as a breach of distrubance of the peace at night, punished by a maximum amend of 20 euros and 5 days of imprisonement. As such, your deposit can be witheld. In order to avoid any conflicts, SWEET INN recommands, if something gets damaged during your stay, to contact your Guest Relations.

Article 8: Online Comments

Only members who have stayed in the precise locations may evaluate the accommodations. Each Tenant will receive an email message within 48 hours after checkout reminding them to comment and assess the precise housing in which they stayed. SWEET INN has a pre-moderation power over the comments left by Members. Comments must, in any event, not conflict with any laws and regulations, morality and public order, nor denigrate disproportionately the accommodations displayed on the Website. SWEET INN has also provided tools that enable members to share the advertisements across different community Websites, social networks and blogs published by third parties. SWEET INN exclusively allows the User to share this type of communication for promotional purposes, excluding any commercial use or promotions unrelated to SWEET INN projects.

Article 9: Waiver of right of withdrawal

According to the law of the 17th of March 2014 the right of withdrawal does not include: 1. Contracts for the supply of services if performance has begun, with the consumer's agreement, before the end of the withdrawal period (Article L. 121-21-8 alinea 1 of the Consumer Code). 2. Hosting services other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities to be provided on a date or at a specific period ((Article L. 121-21-8 alinea 12 of the Consumer Code). The Member may not therefore claim any refund of service fees from SWEET INN.

Article 10: Penalty measures

In case of violation of these TOS, SWEET INN reserves the right to take the following measures with the Member concerned: - Suspend the Member's account during all the initiated procedures. - Delete the Member's account at the end of the procedure. Members whom the above sanctions and/or restrictions and/or suspensions on the Website apply to, may not open a new account on the Website.

Article 11: Data protection

According to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, the User is informed that the Website editor implements a processing of personal data. SWEET INN is responsible for processing the data collected on the Website. This data is processed to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to ensure user demands are met. The treatment of personal data is in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. The data is collected via a User browsing the Website (eg IP address) or collected via collection forms on the Website. This data is necessary in order to process requests from Users. These TOS are binding upon registration of a Member on the Website. These TOS are binding throughout the operating life of the Website, and until new TOS replace the present.

SWEET INN hereafter reserves the right to change the above TOS at any time. The changes will take effect 48 hours after publication. Users will be informed of TOS changes by consulting the date of last update of the TOS.

Article 16: Validity of TOS

The fact that one of the Parties did not require the application of any provision of these TOS, whether permanently or temporarily, shall under no circumstances be regarded as a waiver of such provisions. The terms defined below give the parties the following meanings: - "Resident" refers to any user registered on the Website who wishes to rent properties available online. - "Listing" refers to all material concerning the rental listings, including photographs, descriptions of the property, prices and references under the description. - « Services» refers to all the paid additional services provided by Sweet inn on the online Website such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors. - "Housing" refers to the available properties published on the online Website. - "Member" refers to any user who registers on the Website. - "Website" refers to the Website accessible at www.sweetinn.com. The Website amalgamates all online web pages hosted by SWEET INN. - "User" refers to any person who visits the Website, including Tenants.

Article 3: Create an account

Access to the Website is open to all online Users, as are the ads and the calendar, which displays apartment availability. However, for some Website features, Users need to be a Member in order to gain accessibility. For example, only Members may book online on the Website. As such, only individuals, be they under or over 18 years of age, may register to become a Member and/or justify an authorization from his legal representatives or any corporation acting through a natural person with legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal person . The Member agrees not to create or use other accounts that were initially created, either under his own identity or that of a third party, without the prior written permission of the publisher. Otherwise if he did not get prior written permission, the account will be suspended, including all services associated with it. The Member is obligated to notify the publisher immediately of any compromise on the confidentiality of his password or any other third party use of which he has knowledge. Upon receiving this notification, the editor will delete the password within 48 hours, allowing access to the customer center. If the Member has selected to login using the integrated Facebook connection to the Website interface, SWEET INN has the right to use the data available from the Facebook account. Once the Member has provided their Facebook username and password, SWEET INN allows the Facebook login to connect automatically on subsequent logins to the Website. The data available on the Member’s Facebook account allows the User to register without having to complete a new online registration form. The personal information SWEET INN requires in order to perform a reservation is collected directly from the Facebook account, with the authorization of the Member. The Member has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning themselves, according to Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

Article 4: Member obligations

Article 14: Enforceability of TOS

These TOS are binding upon registration of a Member on the Website. These TOS are binding throughout the operating life of the Website, and until new TOS replace the present.

Article 16: Validity of TOS

The fact that one of the Parties did not require the application of any provision of these TOS, whether permanently or temporarily, shall under no circumstances be regarded as a waiver of such provisions. If any provision of these TOS were to be invalid under a legislative or regulatory provision in force and / or a court decision having force of res judicata, it will be deemed unwritten but will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully applicable. In this case, the Parties will agree upon a new provision to replace the one declared null and irrelevant. It is stated that the new provision must resemble and comply as much as possible with the spirit and the economic impact on the Parties of the provision replaced.

Article 17: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

THESE TERMS ARE GOVERNED BY FRENCH LAW FOR ANY DISPUTE, ONLY THE COURTS OF ROMA WILL BE COMPETENT. This applies to substantive rules and procedural rules, notwithstanding the execution venues substantial or accessory obligations.

www.sweetinn.com is a Website dedicated to the seasonal rental of apartments, and which provides access to listings of short-term real estate rentals. The Website provides the ability to make reservations online. It is operated by SWEET INN LUXEMBOURG Limited liability company, with registered office at 128 Boulevard de la Petrusse Luxembourg (hereinafter SWEET INN). These Terms of Service (hereafter TOS) govern all terms of use of the Website accessible at URL www.sweetinn.com (hereinafter the Website). They are concluded between SWEET INN on the one hand and the User on the other, hereinafter collectively referred to as "PARTIES". Important: Any use in any capacity whatsoever of the Website www.sweetinn.com necessarily implies the unconditional acceptance by the User of these TOS.

Article 2: Definitions

The terms defined below give the parties the following meanings: - "Resident" refers to any user registered on the Website who wishes to rent properties available online. - "Listing" refers to all material concerning the rental listings, including photographs, descriptions of the property, prices and references under the description. - « Services» refers to all the paid additional services provided by Sweet inn on the online Website such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors. - "Housing" refers to the available properties published on the online Website. - "Member" refers to any user who registers on the Website. - "Website" refers to the Website accessible at www.sweetinn.com. The Website amalgamates all online web pages hosted by SWEET INN. - "User" means any person who visits the Website, including Tenants.

Article 3: Create an account

Access to the Website is open to all online Users, as are the ads and the calendar, which displays apartment availability. However, for some Website features, Users need be a Member in order to gain accessibility. For example, only Members may book online on the Website. As such, only individuals, be they under or over 18 years of age, may register to become a Member and/or justify an authorization from his legal representatives or any corporation acting through a natural person with legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal person . The Member agrees not to create or use other accounts that were initially created, either under his own identity or that of a third party, without the prior written permission of the publisher. Otherwise if he did not get prior written permission, the account will be suspended, including all services associated with it. The Member is obligated to notify the publisher immediately of any compromise on the confidentiality of his password or any other third party use of which he has knowledge. Upon receiving this notification, the editor will delete the password within 48 hours, allowing access to the customer center. If the Member has selected to login using the integrated Facebook connection to the Website interface, SWEET INN has the right to use the data available from the Facebook account. Once the Member has provided their Facebook username and password, SWEET INN allows the Facebook login to connect automatically on subsequent logins to the Website. The data available on the Member’s Facebook account allows the User to register without having to complete a new online registration form. The personal information SWEET INN requires in order to perform a reservation is collected directly from the Facebook account, with the authorization of the Member. The Member has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning themselves, according to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

Article 4: Member obligations

As part of the use of the Website, each Member undertakes not to undermine the public order and comply with laws and regulations, respect the rights of third parties and the provisions of these TOS. Each member is obliged to: - Act fairly towards SWEET INN and its third parties. - Provide honest and sincere information to SWEET INN. - Use the Website in accordance with the purposes stated in this TOS. - Not make use of the Website in order to commit crimes, misdemeanours or petty offenses that are punishable under the Penal Code or any other law. - Not attempt to divert traffic to another Website or a competitive service. - Not seek to undermine section 416, 419, 420, 441 of the Penal Law, 5737-1977 and/or other section of the said law to automate data processing systems implemented for the launch of the Website. - Not insert hyperlinks into the Website.

Article 5: SWEET INN Obligations

The publisher strives to offer Tenants information or tools available, which are correct and verified. However SWEET INN will not be held responsible for any errors, lack of availability of features or the presence of viruses on its Website. The Website is accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The editor of the Website will not, however, be held responsible for any discontinuances and interruptions of the Website and its services, whether voluntary or not. In addition, the publisher of the Website may interrupt its activity for maintenance reasons and will endeavour to inform Users of this interruption. SWEET INN disclaims all responsibility: • If it is unable to temporarily access the Website for technical maintenance or to update the published information, • In the event of computer virus attacks, • In the event of incomplete or incorrect User information, • In the event of incorrect advertisements, • In relations between Users, • In the event of abnormal use or illicit exploitation of the Website, the User will be held responsible for any damage to third parties and for the consequent actions or claims that may arise. Article 6: Reservation conditions

The total price paid by a SWEET INN Tenant includes the price of the apartment rental and the Services (such as cleaning or an extra fee for additional visitors, etc.). The fees, charges and deposit are all detailled in the Listings. These amounts correspond to the prices in effect when the contract is agreed upon. The delivery time of the Services can be from one to three days, prior to booking, according to the Service chosen. The average security deposit is three hundred Euros. It will be requested upon check in, and refunded after check out if no damages are found in the apartement, as described at article 7 of present TOS. After the Tenant selects the apartment and the extra Services, he will complete the reservation process by paying with credit card or via the Paypal secure payment module directly on the Website. The prices are in euros and the commission on extras proposed by SWEET INN varies according to the proposed Services. SWEET INN offers the secure payment system PAYPAL. The cost of credit card payment is entirely the responsibility of the Member. The proposed method of payment is SSL secured payment. This payment protocol is standard and recognized worldwide for the protection of data transmitted over the internet. It is available on almost all Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft, Navigator V1.1, Netscape, Firefox etc.). The information Members provide of their credit or debit cards (number, expiration date of validity, etc.) is encrypted before the sending of the e-mail to the transactions payment server. Article 7 : Witheld of Security Deposit

The security deposit is subjected to be withheld for the following reasons : - Damaged or broken furniture - Damaged kitchen applicances or lighting - Damaged television of Hi-Fi equipment - Stained or damaed walls and upholstery - Broken dishes, windows or mirrors - Damaged or missing accesories - Flooding or fire In addition, and with reference to the legal disposition (…). As such, your deposit is also subject to be witheld. In order to avoid any conflicts, SWEET INN recommand if something gets damaged during your stay, to contact your Guest Relations.

Article 8: Online Comments

Only members who have stayed in the precise locations may evaluate the accommodations. Each Tenant will receive an email message within 48 hours after checkout reminding them to comment and assess the precise housing in which they stayed. SWEET INN has a pre-moderation power over the comments left by Members. Comments must, in any event, not conflict with any laws and regulations, morality and public order, nor denigrate disproportionately the accommodations displayed on the Website. SWEET INN has also provided tools that enable members to share the advertisements across different community Websites, social networks and blogs published by third parties. SWEET INN exclusively allows the User to share this type of communication for promotional purposes, excluding any commercial use or promotions unrelated to SWEET INN projects.

Article 9: Waiver of right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and the Regulation No. 2(3) to the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancelling of a transaction), 5771-2010, the Consumer may cancel the reservation and/or the service within 14 days from the reservation's date, provided that the date the service is due to commence is not less than 7 days from the day of reservation.

Article 10: Penalty measures

In case of violation of these TOS, SWEET INN reserves the right to take the following measures with the Member concerned: - Suspend the Member's account during all the initiated procedures. - Delete the Member's account at the end of the procedure. Members whom the above sanctions and/or restrictions and/or suspensions on the Website apply to, may not open a new account on the Website.

Article 11: Data protection

According to the Protection of Privacy Law,5741-1981, the User is informed that the Website editor implements a processing of personal data. SWEET INN is responsible for processing the data collected on the Website. This data is processed to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to ensure User demands are met. The treatment of personal data is according to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. The data is collected via a User browsing the Website (eg IP address) or collected via collection forms on the Website. This data is necessary in order to process requests from users.
