The open kitchen and dining room provide an airy atmosphere for your relaxing holiday in Tel Aviv while the cozy sofa in the living room offers a comfortable feeling of being home. The space fits up to four adults comfortably. Two in the bedroom and two on the comfortable sofa bed in the spacious living room. Guests always compliment the bedroom design with its minimal green and white wall, comfortable bed and storage. The bathroom has a bathtub, ideal to relax after a long day exploring the city! This is a walk-up building with no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor. The Neighborhood Very central location, you will love exploring the Rothschild Boulevard, steps away from Neve Tsedek. Neve Tsedek has some of the best restaurants Tel Aviv has to offer. The best beaches of Tel Aviv are only a few minutes walk. Stays longer than 15 days will require a higher deposit
The minimum age for check-in is 25 years.
Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
Upon check-out, guests are required to leave the property clean and tidy, no dirty dishes and should dispose of all garbage. If not adhered to, €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Baby cots; Mattresses are included, linens are not supplied for insurance reasons.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any disruptive noise is prohibited past 22:00.

A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.
