The minimum age for check-in is 21 years.
The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes.
Upon check-out, guests are required to leave the property clean and tidy, no dirty dishes and should dispose of all garbage. If not adhered to, €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Baby cots; Mattresses are included, linens are not supplied for insurance reasons.
Please be advised that there is an extra fee of €50 for check in after 20:00 and should be paid in cash upon check-in.
The law in Spain requires the passports of all guests must be provided 48 hours prior to arrival. Any ID not provided will not be permitted to stay in the property. Without all ID cards/Passports, keys to the property will not be handed over.
Early/late check-in or a late check-out: subject to confirmation. Once approved, charges will apply.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
Any non-compliance with regulations against COVID, the police will be contacted.
Community Rules: the latest one can make noise within a property is midnight (without exceeding certain decibels of noise or music). After midnight, the police will be contacted.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
