The Space This is the perfect apartment to enjoy the beach with family or friends. The flat is modern and tastefully decorated, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a kitchen and salon and two balconies! You can enjoy a coffee on your own balcony and then head straight to the beach, which will take you less than 5 minutes. There is a shelter room (master bedroom closet is a mamad in hebrew). Wheelchair Accessible The Neighborhood One of the most convenient locations to explore Tel Aviv, you will be next to the Carmel market, which is full of local eateries and fresh produce, and to the old Yemenite quarter, one of Tel Aviv’s first neighborhoods full of charming little streets and passages to get lost into. The chic area of Neve Tzedek is only 10 minutes away by walk, and if you continue to head south you will find yourself in Jaffa, where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants and views of the city! Stays longer than 15 days will require a higher deposit
The minimum age for check-in is 25 years.
Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
Upon check-out, guests are required to leave the property clean and tidy, no dirty dishes and should dispose of all garbage. If not adhered to, €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any disruptive noise is prohibited past 22:00.
Quiet hours 10pm - 8:00am
A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Upon check-out, please:
* Put used towels inside the laundry basket.
* Ensure all windows are closed.
* Please leave everything tidy.
* Turn off the air conditioner and lights
