Stunning villa in Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat with sea view! This villa offers a spacious living room opening onto the patio with a sofa, table, and chairs, TV, wifi, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. It comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and the last bedroom with 1 single bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub or shower, and you will also find separate toilets, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The beautiful and spacious patio is adorned with garden furniture to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, and there are 2 parking spaces in the house. This lovely home can accommodate up to 8 travelers and is suitable for children. Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, late arrivals (from 7 pm to midnight) will be charged 50€. Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, departures before 8 am will be charged 50€, and after 11 am (subject to availability). Linen is included in the cleaning price
